The "I can't believe it's March already" Newsletter!

What happened to February? And January?!
Someone passed my message along to Punxsutawney Phil and he crawled back into his little hole. We're not done with the record yet! Spring can't come yet! Go home, Phil, go home! So smart, he is. Maybe I'll write him a song...

Anyway...so much to tell you!
I'm mixing up the order in the newsletter this month because I can't wait to talk about the record. Patient is something I'm not. :)

The Record
So many exciting developments in the month-and-a-half since I wrote you last. Gar laid down some smokin' bass tracks in NYC and now we're preparing to head up to NH. The fabulous Studio Metronome in Brookline, NH will be our home for the next week or so, as we finish tracking and mixing the record. Rushad Eggleston is getting ready to rip it on that yummy cello of his, and Jake Armerding is graciously returning to play more of the sweetest dang fiddle you ever did hear (ever done heard? :)). Then it's off for mastering and artwork and then...IT'S YOURS!!!

Oh, and it finally has a name...wait for it...

One More Autumn will be released on June 25th at The Burren in Davis Square, Somerville, MA. A cd release tour email will hopefully be shooting your way soon.

I'd love to see you at one (or many) of my shows this month. I'll be so sad if I have to wait until the cd release party to see your lovely faces.

The Website!
We're hoping to get a photo page up soon. If you come to a show and take some pictures and share them, the photos we put up there could be yours!

As always, please visit my pages on SonicBids and MySpace.
You'll find full song clips on both sites!
Additionally, I often post my new songs to my MySpace page. If you're itching to hear the new material, surf on over there.

Rent Me!
Remember, I'm always interested in being rented. House concerts are so much fun! Interested in having some friends over for a private concert? Email me and I'll tell you how you can do just that! Or email me and find out how you can get your very own song. Do you want a song for your occasion, your boyfriend, your wedding, your child's birth, etc? Well, let's talk!

Thank you, as always, for your constant support.
I hope to see you all soon!
Love,
Carrie
