It's all Punxsutawney Phil's fault anyway.

I don't mind the cold. I really don't. It goes away, right? And you get to wear 3 of your comfiest sweaters, all at the same time. And bundle up under 3 of your comfiest blankets, all at the same time. What's better than that? And besides, I love snow; I'd especially love to see a little more of it before the spring comes. But Punk Satanic Phil (as I've renamed him) came out, saw no shadow, and stuck around. Damn groundhog. So...alas, the winter will be short, but it will be filled with music! :)

Welcome to all the new readers out there! I'm so glad to have you here! I hope to see you again very soon at a show, but if you have any suggestions on where you'd like to see me play, simply reply to this email and let me know your thoughts! How about your living room? :) I will be returning to the subways, I promise, so keep your eyes and ears open. Definitely not this week, though. It's supposed to be wicked cold.

I'm planning a pretty hefty tour for June, so keep checking the website for updates, as the tour is filled in.

The cd, the cd!
One More Autumn
You can buy the cd online!
CDBaby is the place to be. They're super-friendly, ridiculously funny, and lightning-fast!
Also, I'm on ITunes! You can download the whole cd or your favorite songs!
While you're there, and at CDBaby, please write a review of the cd. This definitely helps encourage new listeners to pick up the cd!

Rent Me
House concerts are so much fun. Come out to Ashara's house concert in Topsfield on the 9th to see what they're all about. You too can host a show in the comfort of your own home. Email me and I'll tell you how you can do just that!

Do you want your very own song? I'm just itching to write a song for your occasion, your boyfriend, your wedding, your child, etc. Let's talk!

And since I've been asked this a lot recently, I should probably mention that I DO sing weddings - classical music, folk, varying world music, etc. I can even help you choose the music, if you'd like.

Don't forget to visit my pages on SonicBids, MySpace, and CDBaby!
You can hear snippets of every song from the new record on the CDBaby site!
Additionally, I often post my new songs to MySpace. If you're itching to hear new material, you're likely to find it there. In fact, there's a new song up there right now! Go listen to My Tis of Thee! There's a new recording of it in the works, with guitar, banjo, bass, fiddle, etc. I hope to have that up on MySpace soon. You'll be the first to know. :)

Thanks for reading, listening, and supporting my music!
May the winter feel like winter and your heart feel like spring,
